TukWay started from a simple observation: getting somewhere, ordering food, and sending a package all felt like separate problems, solved by separate apps, with separate accounts and separate trust to build. TukWay puts them in one place.

Pricing, routes, and support are built around Egypt — not adapted from somewhere else after the fact.

Drivers go through document verification before they can accept a single job, and every trip is priced and tracked transparently.
Our approach
We believe the best way to serve Egypt's cities is to treat rides, deliveries, and errands as one connected problem rather than four separate ones. That means shared trust (one verification standard for every driver), shared infrastructure (one map, one pricing engine, one support team), and one place for riders and customers to keep track of everything moving toward them.
TukWay is still early, and still growing city by city. If something doesn't work the way it should, tell us — the fastest way we improve is hearing directly from the people using it.
